I. Terminal
(I) Install the Terminal
How to Connect the ACC Wire of Electric Vehicles

1. Use a multimeter to measure a wire on the electric door lock of an electric vehicle. On a 64V electric vehicle, the voltage is 64V when the key is on and 0V when the key is off.
Then connect the orange wire on the equipment to this wire on the electric vehicle.
2. After the wire is connected properly and the key is off, check the customer end status two minutes later. It is right if the customer end shows alarm set.
After the key is on, if the customer end shows disalarmed, it means the wire is connected rightly.

Do and Don’ts in Terminal Installation
1. The main body should be installed in a hidden place as best as you can in order to avoid damage by a thief;
2. Avoid arranging the terminal together with any transmitting source such as a reversing radar and other onboard communication equipment, etc.;
3. Avoid any environment where has high temperature and high humidity;
4. Use a bundling strap or doubled-faced adhesive to secure the terminal so as not to affect the effect of vibration detection;
5. Do make sure the front of the main body is upward and there are no metallic objects blocking above the front;
6. Open the SIM card bay cover and insert and fasten the SIM card. If the card is loosening, its light will remain flashing.

Where Should the Terminal be Installed on an Electric Vehicle?
The terminal equipment is usually installed under the seat of an electric vehicle. The reasons for doing so are mainly as follows:
1) Nearer to the controller and make wire connection easy.
2) There is enough space under the seat so installation is convenient.
3) Since all seats are wrapped with leather or artificial leather, it is easy for GPS signals to penetrate seats and hence good received signals.
4) Good waterproof effect in rainy days.

How to Install Type T2 Locator

How to Connect the Oil & Power Supply Cut-off Wire
The oil & power supply cut-off wire is applicable to automobiles and motorcycles only.
Connect the wire as shown in the figure.

How to Connect the ACC Wire of Automobiles
Connect the white wire on the terminal to the ACC wire on the automobile as shown in the figure.

How to Connect the Vehicle Lock-on & Unlocking Detection Wire
Perform automatic lock-on and unlocking functions through the vehicle’s remote control
Connect the green wire on the terminal to the lock-on wire on the vehicle
Connect the brown wire on the terminal to the unlocking wire on the vehicle

Where Should the Terminal be Installed on Automobile?
The terminal equipment is usually installed on the central console right below the windshield of automobiles. The reasons for doing so are mainly as follows:
1) It is easy to find the wiring of the central console;
2) Since the windshield lies right above, GPS signals can be well received.

(II) Terminal Start and Indicator Lights
State of the Indicator Lights under Normal Condition

1. After the card is inserted, the SIM card light will remain on (the square icon).
2. After the SIM card is inserted, the signal light will remain on (signal icon).
3. Must arrange the equipment outdoors and keep this side upward. Make sure no metals are blocking above the equipment and the GPS light remains on.
Possible Reasons Why an Indicator Light Works Normally
1. After the SIM card is inserted, it shows the card is not inserted properly if the SIM card light flashes. You need to reinsert the card.
2. After the SIM card is inserted, it shows the SIM card is under poor contact if the light begins flashing slowly one minute later. Put several pieces of paper under the battery to support the SIM card.
3. If the signal light flashes slowly, it shows the signal of the equipment is not good enough. Observe whether the signal at the installed position is shielded.
4. If the signal light flashes quickly, it shows the signal of the equipment is very poor. Observe whether the signal at the installed position is shielded.
5. If the signal light remains off, it shows there is no signal there. Observe whether the signal at the installed position is shielded.
6. If GPS flashes quickly, it shows any metal is covering indoors or on the anti-theft device.
7. If GPS flashes slowly, it shows any metal is covering indoors or on the anti-theft device.
8. If GPS light remains off, it shows the equipment is not enabled or the GPS module is damaged.

Terminal Start Failed
If the indicator light on the equipment fails to become on after the external power supply is connected, check whether the external power supply fits the voltage range of the equipment first.
For example, vehicle equipment cannot exceed 24V.
If the equipment cannot start normally after the external power supply is connected, use a pencil or the like to poke the start key of the equipment and see whether manual start works. If it does, test whether the wiring is connected well and whether the fuse gets burned.
If no phenomenon mentioned above is found, it shows the power supply chip is pierced by high voltage. You need to contact our after-sales team and return the equipment for repair.

(III) Terminal Activation
The vehicle owner sends the activation short message and receives a reply message advising that the password is wrong.

When using the equipment, users need to send an activation short message. If the reply message advises that the password is wrong, it is mostly because
1. The vehicle owner has texted and sent the old password 123456 though he has modified it;
2. The agent has modified the initial password 123456 before the agent gives the password to the customer, which results in the wrong password.
In a word, the problem is definitely because the password has been modified.

The vehicle owner sends the activation short message and receives a reply message advising that verification overtimes.
1. When an ordinary user is using the equipment for the first time, the user needs to send an activation short message. If the tracker replies: “password setting successful but verification overtimes”, it is usually because the user has sent the activation short message by mistake. Ask the customer to check the format of the activation short message, especially the last parameter – the SIM card number.
2. After the activation short message is sent rightly, sometimes such mistake may occur, i.e., the tracker will reply: “password setting successful but verification overtimes.” Users can send SZCS, password, SMS=0 to allow the equipment to be linked online directly.

The vehicle owner sends the activation short message but receives no reply.
If no message is replied, it may be because
1) The fees for the SIM card inserted in the terminal are overdue;
2) The terminal shuts off or isn’t started;
3) The sent short message order contains wrong letters;
4) There is any space among the short messaging letters, which causes a failure in identifying the short message order.

How to Activate the Terminal
After inserting the SIM card in the equipment, start the equipment. After the SIM card light becomes on, send the short message.
The short message content is SZMM, old password, new password, anti-theft device card number.
The default password set for new equipment before delivery is 123456.
Example: SZMM, 123456,654321,139XXXXXXX

The terminal cannot be linked to internet only when it is activated?
TTBVS’s terminal has two software versions.
One is the version which needs to be activated. Users can activate and make the terminal to be linked to internet only by sending the activation short message.
The short message content is SZMM, old password, new password, anti-theft device card number.
The other is the version needless to be activated, which version can become linked to internet directly once the equipment is started.

Common reasons why terminal activation fails
1. The short message content is “SZMM, old password, new passowrd, anti-theft device card number”.
If a user fails to send the short message successfully, it is generally because
1) The user forgets to text the SIM card number of the anti-theft device finally;
2) The SIM card number of the anti-theft device finally ends up with a space or a full stop;
3) The SIM card number of the anti-theft device is written as the 9-digit number of the equipment finally;
4) The SIM card number of the anti-theft device is finally written as the mobile phone card number of the user.
2. After the activation short message is sent rightly, sometimes such mistake may occur, i.e., the tracker will reply: “password setting successful but verification overtimes.”
Users can send SZCS, password, SMS=0 to make the equipment linked to internet directly.

(IV) Terminal Locating
The vehicle locating state indicates ‘unlocated’. What does it mean?

When the equipment is used for the first time, it is likely to appear “unlocated” state on the web page.
This is mainly because you are indoors and there are no base station data. Accordingly, the “unlocated” state is shown on the web page.
When users are using the equipment for the first time or they encounter such ‘unlocated’ problem, the problem can be solved immediately as long as users step outdoors and perform satellite locating there.

The vehicle is travelling but satellite locating fails.
If a vehicle remains under cell locating though it is travelling on the road, it is possibly because
1. Installation problem. GPS fails to be kept upward when the equipment is installed or any metal is covering above the GPS;
2.The GPS light remains flashing quickly. By querying about the GPS parameter, the reply is “........”. This means there may be some problems with the GPS module.
Remove the battery and disconnect the external power supply. Restart the equipment and query about GPS after reinstallation, if the reply remains to be “.......”, it demonstrates the GPS module is damaged. Contact the manufacturer and return the equipment for repair.

The vehicle owner sends locating short message DW and the reply message is a figure.
1. GPRS wireless internet monthly subscription function isn’t opened for the SIM card inserted in the equipment, which leads to the failure in linking to the background. Although the vehicle owner texts and sends DW, the reply message is a figure.
2. The user is in an area without GPRS service such as a rural area and a freeway, which leads to the failure in linking to the background. Although the vehicle owner texts and sends DW, the reply message is a figure.
3. After sending the activation short message, the user sends short message DW immediately and receives a reply message showing digital longitude and latitude. This is mainly because two minutes is needed for GPRS linking after the activation short message is sent.
Solution: vehicle owners need to wait for three minutes after sending short message DW.

The vehicle owner sends locating short message DW and receives a normal reply message in Chinese.
When the vehicle owner sends short message DW, the terminal replies a location description in Chinese to the vehicle owner. It can be classified into the below two cases:
Satellite locating: vehicle owners can receive the reply message when they are in an outdoor area where satellite signals are good there.
For example, your vehicle is in Shenzhen TTBVS Technology Co., Ltd., No.4,Zhongyuan Road,Longgang District, Shenzhen 518000,China
Base station locating: replied when you are indoors or in a basement or garage where satellite signals are poor.
For example, “your vehicle is in: (base station locating), 76 meters northwest to Jinbaiwei City Fast Food Restaurant and 98 meters northwest to Technological Park Life Supermarket, at the junction of Middle Gaoxin Road IV, Keji Road III, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

Short message DW shows a location but the location cannot be found in web vehicle tracking
1. The equipment isn’t linked to our server but to the server of the agent, for example, the equipment is linked to the server in Xiamen.
2. As a result of loss of the number of the equipment.

Why the vehicle locating is inaccurate?
1. Poor satellite signals have resulted in a drift, for example, the equipment is placed at the window of a room or it isn’t installed in a proper position.
2. There are no satellite signals and which results in cell locating. In urban areas, the error of cell locating generally ranges from 300 meters to 500 meters.
3. The web vehicle tracking map needs to be corrected because there may be some errors in the map.

Why cell locating is shown?
1. The vehicle is parked indoors, in a basement, garage and other places where something is blocking above the vehicle.
2. There is a metallic object blocking above the installed position or the equipment is installed in the wrong direction.
3. The weather outside is bad such as a rainy day and a day with heavy clouds, etc.
The said three conditions are likely to lead to a failure in satellite locating and hence the cell locating, i.e., base station locating.

Satellite Locating Conditions
1. Park the vehicle outdoors and ensure no objects are blocking above the building.
2. No metallic objects should be covering above the position where the equipment is installed.

(V) Terminal Online and Trace
The Problem with the Trace’s Drawing a Straight Line

1. In the case of SIRF4 equipment, it is mainly the locating failure caused by poor satellite signals and hence the straight line phenomenon.
2. In the case of UBLOX equipment, it is mainly caused by insufficient vibration sensitivity.
3. The phenomenon of straight line drawing may also occur if the equipment is not installed in the right position and which leads to bad satellite signals.

The Trace’s Cobweb Problem
When the vehicle stays still and the satellite signals are poor, drift points will be reported to the background when there is any vibration in the vicinity.
In the case that the user adjusts to overhigh sensitivity, vibration will occur as a result of the vibration of the vehicles passing by on the road or the thunder in a rainy day or the firecrackers let off in a festival, etc.
All these conditions can result in a cobwebby trace.

Background linkage remains failed though fees are recharged after service is cut due to the fee is overdue
1. Internet service will not restore immediately until the equipment is restarted after the fee is recharged. If the equipment fails to start actively, it will take an hour for the equipment to become online automatically.
2. As for some cards, the GPRS internet service is closed after the fee is overdue, which is why the equipment cannot be linked to internet. Users need to dial 10086 to have the service opened.

Problem that a travelling vehicle hasn’t a trace
1. If the vibration sensitivity is set to over 11, it will lead to insufficient vibration sensitivity so vibration cannot be detected and no trace will be reported.
2. The equipment is connected to external power supply. Power failure will make the equipment offline and out of trace.
3. The fees for the SIM card inserted in the equipment are overdue.
4. Cell locating. Haven’t found the satellite after searching. Check cell locating on the customer end and cell trace can be seen.

Become offline when the vehicle is travelling on a road
1. The fees for the SIM card are overdue and hence offline.
2. The ground wire minus earth of the power cord is not connected properly, which causes power failure to the equipment and hence offline.
3. On freeways, since GPRS service hasn’t been opened for many mobile base stations, the equipment becomes offline.

Why the terminal fails to be linked to internet after the SIM card is replace?
1. If a user cannot be linked to internet after the SIM card is updated, it is mainly because the user needs to resend an activation short message first before he can be linked to internet.
2. If the vehicle owner receives such short message “SIM card replaced, please rebind”, it shows the SIM card is already updated and an activation short message needs to be sent.

Terminal linkage to background abnormal
1. The user hasn’t had the GPRS function opened, which leads a failure in linking to the background. The user needs to dial the customer service hotline of China Mobile or China Unicom to have the function opened.
2. When the fees for the SIM card inserted in the equipment are overdue, it can also cause the failure in linking to the background.
3. The vehicle is in a remote area such as a freeway or a rural area where China Mobile or China Unicom hasn’t opened GPRS service function, i.e. there is no GPRS service there, for which the tracker cannot be linked to the background.
4. There is any damage in the equipment flash itself, which causes online operation to be abnormal.

The terminal is linked to the background normally.
After sending the activation short message, if the user has had the GPRS function opened, the equipment will be linked to the background automatically.
Users may query about their locations online. They may also send a short message DW to get their geographic location description in Chinese.

(VI) Terminal Alarming
What is Power Failure Alarm?

When the external power supply disconnects from the terminal, the power failure alarm will be sent to the vehicle owner by short message.
For the equipment of electric vehicle version, under alarm set state, the disconnection of external power supply will enable the power failure alarm short message.
For the equipment of automobile version, under any state the power failure alarm short message will be enabled once the external power supply is disconnected.

What is Vibrated Alarm?
External force causes the equipment to vibrate. Under alarm set state, the equipment will send a vibrated alarm short message.

What is Cross-Border Alarm?
When the alarm is set for the equipment and satellite locating is normal, if the vehicle is moved by over 300 meters illegally, cross-border alarm short message will be sent.

What is low battery capacity alarm?
When the backup battery capacity is lower than 3.7V, the equipment will send a low battery capacity alarm short message to the vehicle owner.

Which conditions will lead to power failure alarm?
1. In the case of electric vehicle version, under alarm set state, after the main power supply is disconnected, the equipment will send a power failure alarm short message to the vehicle owner.
2. In the case of automobile version, after the main power supply is disconnected, the equipment will send a power failure alarm short message to the vehicle owner.

Which conditions will lead to vibrated alarm?
1. First, power on the vibrated alarm switch. Users can send short message szcs, password,vib=1 or give the order via the customer end.
Of course users can also set it as prompting the vibrated alarm by dialing the phone of the vehicle owner: szcs, password, vibcall=1
2. Under alarm set state
3. After continuous vibration with certain intensity, the tracker will send the vibrated alarm short message to the vehicle owner.
4. After the vibrated alarm short message is received, if the vibration continues, no vibrated alarm short message will be sent because it takes five minutes before sending another vibrated alarm short message.
The consideration is to keep the fees for the SIM card from running out in one time.

Which conditions will cause cross-border alarm?
1. When the alarm is set.
2. When the satellite is located normally.
3. When the vehicle is moved by over 300 meters (default value).
When the three conditions listed above are met, the cross-border alarm short message will be sent and the state will turn to disalarmed (unalarmed).

Which conditions will lead to low battery voltage alarm?
Generally, when the backup battery voltage is lower than 3.7, the terminal will send a low battery voltage alarm to the vehicle owner.
The UBLOX new version supports the setting of LBV parameter, which default value is LBV=3700000. Users may modify the setting of lowest voltage alarm.

(VII) Short Message Operation Terminal
How to set the alarm and disalarm by calling?

Perform alarm set and disalarmed functions through dialing the SIM card number.
1. First, set the short message "szcs, password,CALLDISP=0" or give order CALLDISP=0 via the customer end. After successful setting, alarm setting and unsetting become possible by dialing the number with any telephone set.
2. Users needn’t set it if caller display is opened for the SIM card. Alarm set and unsetting will not work unless the vehicle owner uses his own phone to dial the SIM card number. There is no response when dialed with other people’s telephone sets .

How to set ‘vibrated calling’?
The advantage of the vibrated calling alarm is that no fees are generated and no short messaging fees are charged.
1. Set the parameter. Send the short message “szcs,password,vibcall=1” or give order vibcall=1 via the customer end.
2. When the alarm is set,
3. Vehicle vibrated with certain intensity.

Query about the current location of the vehicle through short message
After the equipment is activated, the vehicle owner may send short message DW to query about the vehicle’s current location described in Chinese.

Disalarm through short message
The mobile phone of the vehicle owner sends short message CF.

Set the alarm through short message
The mobile phone of the vehicle owner sends short message SF.

Why is vibration without a reply alarming short message?
The following three conditions are met:
1. As a default setting, the vibrated alarm for the equipment is closed. Users need to enable the function by sending a short message or by setting the parameter VIB=1 via the background.
2. It won’t work unless alarm set is enabled.
3. The vibration must be of certain intensity.

(VIII) Other Problems with the Terminal
SIM card fee overdue

1. Dial the SIM card number and “service suspended” is prompted.
2. After the fee is recharged, it’ll take an hour before linkage to the background, which is mainly because restart is needed for opening the GPRS. As far as our equipment is concerned, if background linkage is unsuccessful within an hour, the equipment will restart automatically.
3. Some SIM cards still fail in background linkage after the fee is recharged. This is mainly because the GPRS of that card is closed by China Mobile because the fee is overdue. The user needs to call China Mobile by himself to have GPRS service opened.

The vehicle owner receives a short message ‘SIM card replaced’. What does it mean?
If the vehicle owner receives the short message “SIM card replaced, please rebind”, it means the SIM card is updated and the vehicle owner needs to send an activation short message.
Format of the activation short message:
SZMM, password, new password, SIM card number

Time needed for electric vehicle equipment to set alarm and disalarm
Two minutes are needed for the ACC connection wire of electric vehicle equipment to set the alarm.
Fifteen seconds are needed for disalarming.
If the user has set the alarm, when someone touches the electric vehicle, a short message will be sent 30 seconds later. This is mainly because most users will ride on their electric vehicles first before unlocking the vehicle.
As long as it can be ensured that the owner unlocks the vehicle within 30 seconds, the vibrated alarm short message will not be sent.

How to awaken the sleeping equipment?
There are three ways to awaken the sleeping equipment. Default motorcycle equipment with a number started with 2 defaults the sleep state.
1. Awaken it through dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the tracker.
2. Awaken it through the user vibrating the vehicle.
3. Use the mobile phone of the vehicle owner to send short message DW to awaken the tracker.

How to Set the Sleep Mode?
1. The default motorcycle version with a number started with 2 defaults the sleep mode.
2. Activate the sleep mode through sending short message “szcs, password, sleep=1” or by sending order sleep=1 via the customer end.
3. After the sleep mode is activated, the equipment will enter sleep mode after it stays still for over five minutes.

How to judge the state of the equipment through calling?
Prompt normality in calling
1. When dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the equipment, the user hangs up the phone after hearing a ring.
2. When dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the equipment, the user is prompted “called number busy”.
The said two cases can demonstrate the equipment works normally, the SIM card is inserted properly and there is service for the mobile phone.
Prompt abnormality in calling
1. When dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the equipment, the user is prompted “cannot be reached”.
Possible reasons:
1) No mobile phone service there, for example, in a basement without service or in a place where the service is shielded;
2) The SIM card isn’t inserted properly.
2. When dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the equipment, the user is prompted “phone powered off”.
Possible reasons:
1) No mobile phone service, for example, in a basement without service or in a place where service is shielded;
2) The SIM card is not inserted properly;
3) The external power supply is not connected properly;
4) The backup battery is disconnected or there is power supply failure.
3. When dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the equipment, the user is prompted “out of service”.
This is because the mobile phone card fee is overdue.
4. When dialing the number of the SIM card inserted in the equipment, the user is prompted “incoming call limited”.
This is because the voice function isn’t opened for that SIM card.

What is activation-free equipment?
Activation-free equipment means after the SIM card is inserted, GPRS function is opened for that SIM card so the equipment can be linked to the background directly after started.
The location of the equipment can be seen through the web page or the customer end. There is no need to send an activation short message.

Why the operating time of the backup battery of the terminal is shorter than its nominal operating time?
1. This is mainly because the backup battery is being used for the first time. The default backup battery is 3.8V and it hasn’t been charged to full capacity so its normal operating time will shorten.
2. Under low temperature condition, for example, 20 degrees below zero, the operating time of the backup battery will shorten even though it has been charged to full capacity.

II. Problems with PC Customer End
Why the SIM card number shown on the platform is an asterisk *****?

1. After the activation-free equipment is launched, the SIM cards shown on the platform are all ******.
2. To fill the SIM card number, the user needs to send an activation short message or gives an order from the customer end in order to set the parameters PHONE and USER.

How to replace the customer end SIM card?
1. After the user updates the SIM card, if linkage to internet fails, it is mainly because the user needs to resend an activation short message before he can be linked to internet.
2. If the vehicle owner receives a short message “SIM card replaced, please rebind”, it shows the SIM card has been updated and the owner needs to send an activation short message.
Meaning of Terminal Numbers
The number started with 0 stands for electric vehicle equipment (free from service fee).
The number started with 1 stands for Type S automobile equipment with a backup battery (free from service fee).
The number started with 2 stands for motorcycle equipment (free from service fee)
The number started with 6 stands for Type S automobile equipment with a backup battery (service fee charged)
The number started with 8 stands for Type T automobile equipment without a backup battery (service fee charged)

How high voltage is supported by the terminal?
Electric vehicle equipment: number started with 0: voltage 12V~72V supported
Automobile equipment: numbers started with 1, 6, 8: voltage 12V~24V supported
Motorcycle equipment: number started with 2: voltage 12V~24V supported

The customer end fails to display the SIM card number.

1. After activation-free equipment is launched, the SIM cards displayed on the platform are all ******.
2. To fill the SIM card number, the user needs to send an activation short message or gives an order from the customer end to set the parameters PHONE and USER.
Meaning of the vehicle listing icons displayed on the customer end

Icon 1 stands for offline equipment - the service period runs out and the users need to pay their fees.
Icon 2 stands for unactivated equipment – the vehicles added by the vehicle fleet administrator but not yet activated and made online.
Icon 3 stands for offline vehicles.
Icon 4 stands for online vehicles.
Icon 5 stands for the vehicles whose service period runs out and hence suspended.

How does the customer end change the map?
You can choose three types of maps from the map menu under the main menu: GOOGLE map, Baidu map and AutoNavi map.

Why the customer end fails in adding a vehicle?
This is because the agent vehicle fleet users send the activation short message first before adding any vehicle to the fleet.
At that point the vehicle has entered a default fleet. You need to contact our after-sales team in order to distribute your vehicle to your fleet.
Right operation sequence: add the vehicle to your fleet first before sending the activation short message.

IV. Problems with Web Vehicle Tracking
Why login fails in web page version?

After the web page is opened, login is normal but this interface will not disappear.
This is mainly because
1. The local internet speed is too slow;
2. The user has set the security level of IE to high, which causes JavaScript unable to perform operations.

Why the map fails to be displayed in web page version?
Because the web page version has GOOGLE map only now. In some areas, GOOGLE map cannot be visited, which is why you are unable to visit our website for vehicle tracking.
Solution:
1. This is generally because GOOGLE map is upgrading in the local map server. Please allow for a few hours before it restores.
2. We are adding more maps such as Baidu map and AutoNavi map.

Web Page Version Cell Locating
Cell locating itself is a range but it is not so accurate, generally between 300 meters and 1,000 meters.
Cell locating (CELLID) is therefore a reference value which enables you to know a rough location. It cannot locate so accurately as GPS locating.
Solution:
1) Whether the vehicle installed with an anti-theft device has been parked indoors or in a basement.
2) Whether the anti-theft device is installed “This Side Up”.
3) No metallic objects should be covering above the anti-theft device.

Phenomenon of Web Page Version Unlocated
If the locating state shows unlocated as shown in the below figure,
It is mainly because there is not satellite locating nor base station locating. The ‘unlocated’ here generally shows the last position of GPS satellite locating.
Solution: put the equipment outdoors in a place where there are signals.

Problem with Web Page Version Map Correction
It is found by users that many locations in historical traces are not on the road but outside the paralleled road as shown in the below figure.
This is mainly because there is deviation between GOOGLE map and the actual longitude and latitude. The problem can be solved just by notifying our after-sales team for correction for users.

V. Other Problems
GPRS flow exceeds the standard, larger than 30M.

1. There has been vibration in the vicinity of the vehicle but the vibration sensitivity is adjusted to over-sensitive and the vehicle is parked in a place where satellite signals are not good enough.
2. In the case of long-distance travelling of a vehicle, if the vehicle travels for over 16 hours a day, traces will be reported continuously and which will cause the flow to exceed the standard.

Problem with Low Temperature in Northern Regions
1. When the temperature is lower than 20 degrees below zero, it will cause the operating time of the backup battery to shorten.
2. When the temperature is lower than 20 degrees below zero, it will cause the equipment to work abnormally.

What to do if the vehicle owner forgets the password?
1. When the vehicle owner forgets the password, for example, if he replaces the SIM card number of the anti-theft device, he just needs to send a FORMAT order to the anti-theft card number.
At that point the default password is 123456. The owner needs to resend the activation short message after that.
2. Contact our after-sales service team and provide three conditions: equipment number, SIM card number and the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner.
